ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING: Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and ship your sign. We ship with USPS and UPS which typically takes 3-7 business days. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES: Your sign will be carefully packaged with sturdy packaging to ensure it arrives safely to your home. However, if you receive a damaged sign, please notify us immediately. All we ask is that you email us photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will immediately replace it at no extra cost to you.
If there is nothing wrong with the sign but for some reason you wish to return it. (size doesn't work where you wanted it, etc.) It may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. After we have received the sign, the buyer will be refunded for the price of the sign (not the shipping fees). Refund will be made to original payment method.
LOST PACKAGES: Packages not received 3 weeks after shipping date will be considered lost and will be replaced at no extra cost.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
